Neutrophilic dermatosis of the hands is considered an acral localized variant of Sweet Syndrome, mainly associated with hematological diseases. Erythema nodosum is the most common type of acute panniculitis. It is a septal panniculitis related to a delayed hypersensitivity phenomenon. It can be idiopathic or secondary to a wide variety of diseases, including hematological ones. We report the case of an 83 years old patient with Neutrophilic dermatosis of the hands and erythema nodosum in the context of a recent diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia, who presented a good response to corticosteroid treatment and fast resolution of the skin lesions. We highlight this association barely reported in the literature between these two entities and with the underlying hematological disease.
