The diagnosis of patients with rashes depends on the elementary lesions of the skin and their distribution. We present the case of a patient with a disseminated micronodular rash whose clinical characteristics were fundamental for reaching the diagnosis. Likewise, an exhaustive review of the literature was carried out on this unusual form of micronodular rash that allowed the identification of common findings in these patients.
